This Privacy Policy explains how TiviX Player ("TiviX", "App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, protects, and deletes user data. By using the TiviX Player app, you agree to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.

TiviX Player is a media player application. The App does not provide, sell, host, broadcast, or distribute media content, streams, playlists, or any third-party content. Users are responsible for adding and using their own legally obtained sources and access information.

3. Age Groups, Children, and Parental Supervision

TiviX Player may be used by users of different age groups, including children under the age of 5, only under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.

The App is not designed to directly request personal information from children. Account creation, subscriptions, purchases, playlist/source entry, license management, and similar actions should be performed by a parent or legal guardian.

If we become aware that personal data from a child has been collected without appropriate parental or guardian consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize such data. • TiviX ID or device-linking identifiers used for license and account management.

4.2 Device and App Data

• App settings, playback preferences, selected language, theme, favorites, watch history, and similar app usage preferences.

4.3 Subscription, Purchase, and License Data

• Subscription status, entitlement status, purchase type, renewal status, expiration date, and license validity.
• Purchase and subscription information processed through platforms such as Google Play, Apple App Store, RevenueCat, or similar services.
• Device-linking and license-transfer information, where supported by the App.

4.4 Playlist and User-Provided Data

• Playlist names, playlist URLs, server addresses, usernames, or login information that you manually add to the App, where required for App functionality.
• Favorites, recently watched items, playback progress, categories, and similar information generated by your use of the App.

4.5 Diagnostics, Crash, and Performance Data

• Crash reports, error logs, diagnostic information, performance data, and app stability information.
• Technical information used to detect bugs, improve performance, and prevent abuse or unauthorized license manipulation.

4.6 Notification Data

• Push notification identifiers and notification permission status, if push notifications are enabled.
• Notification interaction data, such as delivery or engagement information, where provided by the notification service.

Account-related data, license records, and subscription records may be retained while your account or license remains active. Some records may be retained for a limited period after account deletion where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

9. Account Deletion and Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your account, you can do so directly from within the TiviX mobile application by navigating to: Settings > Account > Delete Account.

Account deletion is irreversible. When you delete your account, account-related data associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized from our active systems, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

10. User Choices and Controls

You may control certain data and permissions through the App or your device settings:

• You may disable push notifications from your device settings or within the App where available.
